1. Refunds and Future Credits: Refunds or future credits are strictly governed by the fare rules and policies of the respective airline(s). Service fees for changes, refunds, cancellations, and future credits will be applied on a per-passenger, per-ticket basis.

2. Non-Refundable Service Fees: Our service fees are non-refundable and may be updated without prior notice. These fees are charged in addition to any applicable airline or supplier-imposed fees and charges.

3. Taxes and Government Fees: Taxes and fees mandated by governments are subject to change. The amount charged to your card will match the final amount displayed on our website or quoted by our representatives.

4. Non-Refundable Tickets: The majority of airline tickets are non-refundable. Refunds are only available if the ticket fare rules allow for cancellations and refunds, provided you are not classified as a "no show" and the refund request has been accepted by us.

5. Airline Policies for Refunds and Credits: Airline refunds and future credits are subject to the fare rules and policies established by the airline. We adhere to these terms without exception.

6. Special Services: All special services are offered on a request-only basis. Fees for special services will be charged upon delivery of the requested service(s). In cases where the airline denies the request, these fees may be refunded, subject to the airline's review and approval process.
